Check in easy and very welcoming on arrival. Room very comfortable and big, so plenty of room for our dog. Restaurant excellent and v. Reasonable, service good too. Reception extremely helpful when I needed to borrow a lead to charge my phone. Have stayed here a few times and will carry on doing so. Convenient stopover on way back to Eurotunnel.

The rooms we were in and one family member were roomy and comfortable. Breakfasts had plenty of choices and very good coffee, Convenient to S-Bahn, Restaurant was convenient.

A perfect place to crash for one night in the middle of a long road trip passing through Germany. The breakfast was nice, too. The room was cozy and the bed was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great and quiet. It has a restaurant that we ate at upon our arrival, and Lidl right next door if you need to do any shopping.

I was greeted with a friendly reception, check in was less than 5 minutes. The spa facilities are good and clean, the Saunameister certainly knows her stuff. Beds were comfortable. Big plus, good Italian restaurant directly linked to the hotel,which also served a good diverse breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel with my elderly parents and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's restaurant surpassed my expectations with its delicious cuisine and attentive service. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket /Lidl/ close by, making it easy to meet our needs. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again in the future.

Stayed a few days to attend Oktoberfest 2022. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Parking is free and near the hotel. Across the street is a Lidl for grocery shopping. Breakfast is available but we did not partake. Dinner is available at the restaurant at a good value. Nearest train station (Gernlinden Bahnhof) is a 15 minute walk from hotel and two ATM/Geld automat machines are along the route. Near the bahnhof there is newspaper vendor that sells train tickets. A group all day pass for 2 people was €18-much cheaper than individual tickets. Masks are required on the train so bring yours. Masks are available at the newspaper vendor.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the Gernlinden S-Bahn terminal. The internet cut off one evening. I asked the person at the front desk the next morning if I needed to pay extra for more internet access. They gave me a new password for free.

Exceptionally helpful staff at the reception desk; restaurant service excellent in every way; rooms comfortable. clean and accessible.
